If the COVID-19 situation allows, the conference will be held as an in-person event. Virtual sessions will be organized for those participants having travel issues or willing to present their papers virtually.

We will keep monitoring official recommendations and guidelines, and will take all necessary measures during the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

The conference will be held at Aalto University, in Espoo, Finland.

How to get there

Aalto University is located in Otaniemi, in the city of Espoo. You can easily reach it from Helsinki by taking the metro to “Aalto University” station. It takes just 10 minutes from the Central Railway Station, and costs 2,80 € (single ticket, AB zone). You can also reach it by bus.
