Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to ISGT2024@concorda.hr
- Cancellations received from 59-30 days before arrival – 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- Cancellations received from 29-15 days before arrival – 80% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- Cancellations received from 14-0 days before arrival – 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
In the event of a non-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation to its inventory, and payment will be non-refundable.
